What to expect
If you’re planning your wedding and already feel a little uneasy about the idea of stiff poses, forced smiles, or spending half your day being directed where to stand — take a breath. That’s not how I work.
I’m an award-winning wedding photographer based in Northern Ireland, travelling wherever a good story takes me. Over the years, I’ve photographed well over 100 weddings, each completely different, each full of its own energy, nerves, laughter, and moments that couldn’t be repeated even if you tried. That’s exactly what I love about this job.
My approach is simple: I photograph weddings as they really happen.
I’m all about natural, documentary-style photography — the unscripted, non-staged, blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moments that actually matter. The quiet squeeze of a hand before the ceremony. The way your friends lose themselves on the dance floor. The laughter, the emotion, the connections between people who mean the world to you. No awkward posing. No forced romance. Just honest, real moments.
To be completely honest, all the good stuff happens when nobody’s watching anyway.
On the day itself, I’m calm, professional, and easy-going. I blend in, keep things relaxed, and let you enjoy your wedding exactly as you planned it — My main goal is always the same: to tell your story in a way that feels true to you. Your personalities. Your relationships. Your people. The photographs you’ll come back to years from now and feel everything all over again.
If authenticity matters to you — if you want images that feel genuine, emotional, and timeless rather than staged or trendy — then we’ll probably get on very well.
If that sounds like the kind of wedding photography you’re looking for, I’d love to hear your plans and be part of your day.
Let’s create something real together.
